What is KrispCall?

KrispCall replaces the traditional phone system with a single app: you place and receive calls, send SMS/MMS, and handle voicemail and customer history from a team-shared "callbox". The main draw is getting business numbers in over 100 countries without installing any hardware.

The AI layer targets the time wasted around the call: automatic transcription, conversation summaries, speech analytics and background-noise reduction. On the sales side, the Power Dialer works through a call list and CRM integrations (HubSpot, Pipedrive and others) pull in history without re-keying. On the support side, smart routing and IVR send the call straight to the right person.

Two limits to know: pricing is per user and climbs fast for a large team, and several useful features (API access, call monitoring, unlimited storage) only unlock on the higher plan. Number availability and the paperwork required also vary by country. Still, for a distributed team that lives on the phone, it's a real organizational gain.
