Data we collect
When you suggest a tool via the suggestion form, we collect the tool's name, its URL, the reason for the suggestion, the category and — only if you provide it — your email address (optional). No advertising profile is built and no other personal data is collected.
Legal basis
Processing your suggestion is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit. Your email is kept only with your explicit consent, and solely to follow up on your suggestion.
Retention
The suggestion and any email are kept for as long as needed to evaluate the proposal, then deleted. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email contact@searchyourai.com. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a strictly necessary cookie to remember your language choice and your consent to the banner. No advertising or tracking cookie is set without your agreement. We use neither localStorage nor sessionStorage.
Processors
Suggestion-form messages are delivered by email via Resend (resend.com). The site is hosted by OVH. These providers act as processors and handle the data on our behalf.
