HubSpot: review, test, pricing and alternatives (2026)
The all-in-one CRM with Breeze AI throughout.
HubSpot — The all-in-one CRM with Breeze AI throughout. SMBs and startups structuring marketing and sales on one platform. Editorial rating: 4/5 (Recommended).
What is HubSpot?
HubSpot invented the concept of 'inbound marketing' before becoming one of the most complete CRM platforms on the market. Its logic: bring CRM, marketing, sales and customer support into one place so everything talks to each other — from the form on your site to the sales pipeline, via the email sequence. Its in-house 'Breeze' AI now shows up throughout: email and content drafting, agents that qualify leads, call summaries, action recommendations.
Its commercial masterstroke is still the surprisingly generous free CRM: it's the best entry point for a startup or SMB that wants to structure its customer relationships without spending upfront, then grow within the same ecosystem.
That's where the trap hides, and it's worth keeping in mind: costs climb fast as you stack paid 'Hubs' (Marketing, Sales, Service…), and the most useful AI is reserved for higher tiers. For a solo user, the whole thing is frankly oversized. But for a team that wants everything connected, few tools do it this well — as long as you watch the bill as you grow.
