What is folk?

folk starts from a simple observation: most CRMs are heavy, built for large sales teams, and a pain to keep up to date. folk aims for the opposite — a light, elegant, fast CRM, suited to agencies, small teams, founders and anyone managing relationships without wanting to fight a tool.

You import your contacts (including from LinkedIn via an extension), group them into lists and pipelines, and AI assists: enriching records, drafting emails, summarizing exchanges, reminders. Email campaigns and interaction tracking are built in, which saves stacking five tools.

Its strength is the experience: it's one of the rare CRMs you actually want to open. Its limit is the flip side of that simplicity — highly structured sales teams with complex processes and heavy automation will prefer a Salesforce or a HubSpot. For everything else, folk is a breath of fresh air.
