What is Writer.com?

Writer.com doesn't play in the consumer writing-assistant arena: it's an enterprise generative-AI platform, where the real question isn't 'how do I write a text?' but 'how do I deploy generative AI to 5,000 employees without losing control?'. Its answer comes down to two words: governance and brand voice. Everything produced respects a framework — house terminology, tone, compliance rules — and stays steerable by leadership.

Beyond governed writing, Writer provides a full platform: internal AI apps, agents, security and compliance guardrails. It's the tool IT and ops leaders choose, not the freelance writer.

That's its owned limit: there's no free plan, pricing is per seat then custom, and the whole thing is vastly oversized for solo use (a ChatGPT or Claude will amply do). But for an organization that wants to industrialize generative AI within a serious framework, it's a solid choice. Check plans on the official site.
